Double Adoption Celebration!

17 year old Tamra was barely 15 years old when we featured her on Susan’s Kids nearly 3 years ago. She quietly believed that she would never get the one thing she always wanted: a family.
That all changed when Brandi & Mac Martin prayed for another older child to adopt. The Martin’s eldest daughter, Jasary, was adopted in 2022.

“I remember watching your video right before we met you…to hear your voice for the first time and know that’s who’s coming into our home…that was pretty cool.”

Brandi & Mac say that these times make every challenge of adopting an older child worth every minute.

“There are ups and of course there are downs, but it is rich to be able to step into someone else’s life…it’s one of the most rewarding things.”
